GTA Vice City Rundll32.exe Problem Solved - by @SarafSuhail

Installation: Copy and Paste the "ViceCityLauncher.exe" file in the GTA Vice City Root Dir (gta-vc.exe must be present).

Start the game by my launcher.

You don't even need to start the game twice.

NOTE: People who have problems with "Rundll32.exe" (need to start the game twice) should only use my mod.
