Little info about Saints Row:
A GTA Clone that spawned it's own series, started as very similar to GTA San Andreas (only better) the game is set in Stillwater, an unnamed player, created by the character creator at the start of the game, walks the streets as he witnesses a gang war.Rescued by leader and second in command of the Third Street Saints, Julius Little and Troy Bradshaw, he gets canonized to The Saints.A gang which wants to eliminate the other gangs in the goal of retreiving peace to the streets of Stillwater.

This mod basically has the mission text edited, gangs replaced, tags replaced, characters, bringing Saints Row storyline and other things to GTA San Andreas.

Story:
The storyline of the mod begins like this:the Saints have the same goal and they are just as small in Stillwater as in the actual Saints Row.Carl Johnson had a brother five years before he left Stillwater, his name's Brian and he got killed.Johnny, a Saints top lieutenant phones CJ to tell him his mother got killed.
CJ was a new Saints gang member who left shortly after getting recruited, meaning his rank is very low.As he returns he gets mugged by the police, and he gets left in the dangerous territory of Los Carnales.As he gets to his house he has flashbacks from the old days when his brother and mother were alive.Julius then comforts him, after coming out of the kitchen with a bat thinking it's a robber, and tells CJ to meet Johnny and the others at the cemetery.

Los Carnales,  hispanic gang who's been in Stillwater for years, handling dealing in arms and drugs.Color:Red.
Vice Kings,  handle gambling, prostituion and also thier leader is head of the Vice Kings' recording studio.They have infulence in the city, Color:Yellow.
Westside Rollerz, Specialize in cars, Color:Blue.
