To install this you need GGMM
download it from here:

When you install GGMM extract files from rar in desktop, then open
GGMM click "INSTALLER" then "Manual mod installer".
And put the "shamal.dff" on DFF Model and "shamal.txd" to TXD
Textures and click "Install" .
