This is the Vice City 'CARCOLS.DAT' remade for easier modification (As if it was not easy enough already).

I have rebuild the whole .DAT File, the Entries have been Alphabetized and Numbers have been space so they can be told apart and changed easier.

This wont affect game performance, nor will it change the current colours displayed, But if you are always changing CARCOLS.DAT this will be a cleaner Interface to work with.

(I dont expect 5 Stars for This but If you think it is useless dont rate it 1 or 2, just leave the page)
