I cant remember the site but there is a mod for Vice cit that makes it where you can change it... There was a San andreas one too but i never used it.

nice. the only problem is that the light floats in the air. I made FBI versions of the Premier, Patriot, and Washington for myself, and they all got the siren floating in the air. you can't change the siren postition. it's hardcoded I think.

This mod replaces the fbi ranch with a fbi sentinel it drives perfectly => not a flip over every 5 seconds.
