To run this program you must have net framework 3 installed.

With this tool you can make you own racetrack, but it's limited to 8x8 blocks. And you can set a warp point to the track.
Only use the teleporter when outside.

You'll have to press the Warp To Point twice!

- Support for the 8x8 and the 16x16 format
- Added SA-MP support (generator works, untested in-game)
- It uses 4 new files for SP and MP (8x8 and 16x16 bounds)
