This mod replaces the weapon icons in GTA_IV_HUD to 3d weapon icons and also with their names.
But you will require GTA_IV_HUD by Alexander Blade. Just search in gtagarage and download it.
Replace the weapons.txd and enjoy new weapon icons which are 3D

Just one thing more the 3D photos are from the original game weapon models. So don't say to me they don't look good.
