This mod changes the bland, 2D palm trees around Los Santos with real Washingtonia robusta palm trees found all around Los Angeles. Currently, only one palm tree has been modified, but I will try to post updates in the near future! For now, enjoy!

[EDIT] UPDATE! A while back, my 3DS Max screwed up and I decided to take a "small break" from modding. In my absence, A LOT of people have messaged me wanting the V1.1 update on these palms, so I decided to release them (they're the 3D ones ;D) I may re-visit one day when I get a higher-end computer and more free time.
