Back Up File Before use this Mod! (Important! )

1. Open your Gta3.img with IMG Tools and Find cba.txd, cbb.txd, hna.txd, hnb.txd
2. Replace with file in New_H&C folder.
3. And then, Rebuild Archive your GTA3.img
4. Close your GTA3.img
5. Enjoy the game with new Haitians and Cubans.
