there are 3 different save games for this
RIOT SAVES
one that starts cj with $9999999999
one that starts you with $0
and one that starts you with -$9999999
100% supersave game
this too starts cj off in the johnson house but with everything great
money=$999999999
cheated= 0 times
all the best weapons with 9999999999999 ammo (but once you have 100% you get infinate ammo)
and most garages have bulletproof & flameproof cars so very useful for police chases
INSTALLATION
Extract the save game you want to your gta san andreas user files
start gta san andreas
select load game
and the new save game will be called "riot save game" or "100% supersave" depending which one you use
