This mod turns all Grove St. Gang members into Smoke, Sweet, & Ryder. You will be able to recruit them at any time and go cruising around the city or start gang wars with enemy gangs.
Kendl's Model was never made. If you notice in "High stakes, low rider, after the cutscene, her model is replaced by an normal ped. She is never seen, only in cutscenes. You'd have to create a Kendl model yourself, which would be hard.
