No, this will not work for V1. It clearly says V2 on the main page.

You have a major problem with your save file: you forgot to max out your gambling stat.

Otherwise, it's great.

when i pu this game in my user files i do have v2.00 it dosent say anything at the load screen but me old saved game

If you watched his KOSA video you'll understand why he got that stat. Also, maxing money gives a high CR(+ 199,999).
