This mod changes the top left corner of Los Santos international into a military base .with a runway and a ramp at the end to help take off.V.2 has all of version 1 plus, a road linking the two bases, a sub base with 2 subs and some buildings and also an aircraft carrier. To install just replace the LAs.ipl in the GTA SA directory with the one in the download.To see the detailed version of the installation look in the read me provided.
