How to install:
replace the Nevada.txd in the GTA3.img with mine (can be done with IMG editor)

PS:for new colors search for Nevada in the Carcols.dat (\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\data) and replace the whole line with this: nevada 6, 6, 6, 1, 6, 10, 6, 56
