it very simple to install
extract "main.scm" to data folder in
gta vice city root folder
*make a backup of your original 'main.scm' file

* if you are on land on foot & press 'crouch' button
default is 'c' you will get a pcj600

* if you are on any vehicle & press 'horn' button
default is 'shift' you will get a skimmer

* if you are in water & press 'crouch' button
default is 'c' you will get a jetmax boat

* if you are in any plane & press 'horn' button
default is 'shift' you will get a deluxo

* every thing else this is removed

*your car is more powerful
fire proof, bulet proof, even a single scretch can't come

*your bike is more powerful like car
with better handling.means it is little dif. to fall from bike

*your plane is so powerful that it will
never get fire or explode (else bigbang)
