I want to play this mod very badly and it looks good, but I'm not very good at all that installing junk at all. Installing it is much too difficult.

Interstate 420-C is a map modification which will place an interstate type highway around the islands of Vice City. Circles around the outter edge of the islands with two central branches going into the middle. The highway includes 32 on/off ramps, rest areas, toll booths, vehicle traffic and a cloverleaf interchange. There are also several addon files for this modification which can be found at Deathsquad Industries' Homepage, including a better version of vehicle traffic (less errors and traffic on the ramps) by Spaceeinstein, and a SCM Mission Script Replacement by Knife which adds Nitro, Parked Vehicles at the Rest Areas, a Checkpoint Race around the entire interstate, bodyguards and more.
