The back wheel steers when on the ground but it is backwards. So when you turn left the rudder is trying to go left but the wheels are turning right. I have not been able to fix this using the handling.cfg It is a mistake in the model and I have no way to fix it. Very sad. The other harrier model is not as good but it has the front wheel steering and steers properly.
