you need a skin selector and add this to skin.img, you can find it here or google it, If you want to replace it for ped just rename it, For example you want to replace lapd1, rename the dff and txd from ironman.dff and ironman.txd to lapd1.dff and lapd1.txd did you get it? just reply... If it works perfectly for you ^_^
