This mod Adds Female cops in GTA IV well other says it is more realistic when having female cops

This mod was made due to other forums discussing having Female Officers in GTA IV

With this mod its possible to have Female Cops   

*Note

Not all cops became women

but if you burn them they are not in female voices but sometimes they are in female voices

I'm haveing problems downloading. Everytime I click it, nothing happens and then the tab won't close. I have to navigate away before being able to leave without force quiting. Also, is there a choice in uniform? I'm useing an LAPD uniform and these ladies would look horrible with them. Dark blue would be enough but I'm not half bad a textureing my own stuff, so I was wondering if it's possible to edit the uniform once I download it, or if the color is hidden inside the .wtf files.
