Bigdilly, basicly like most mods, you download it, then you may need, img, cleo etc. tools to install, you may need more than 1 tool though Happy gaming

open imgtool after dowload , if you dn hav imtool download it from this link ( http://thegtaplace.com/downloads/tools/imgtool20.zip ), after dat ... open imgtool... > gta sa directry in imgatool> models> gta3.img >replace at400.dff and at400.txd with the concorde files... now run gta sa.hav fun :xmas:

can you add the handeling line so it could fly better because i hate the at400's handeling
