As Rockstar is lazy and I'm not, I decided to fix this bug on my free time. No more blue hell, it's fixed.
Installation: readme inside, you need WinRAR or 7zip.
Still not approved These guys must have a damn big bunch of files to approve or they're sitting in their towels on the beach. Oh wait, the UK's under bad weather.
I think the que is very big so it will take (much) longer to be approved. I got the same problem with my mod.
But anyways, nice that you edited this bug.
