Description

As some might know, the Panto is a deleted vehicle from GTA III, which means its not in the final build, but this mod adds it to your game.

Make sure you add the COLL file to the vehicle.col file by using a coll-editor, I use steve m's

Yeah, I could make a -sortof- HD version of this. Texture-wise at least. It could take a while though, as the .dff is kindof... messy. I'll give it a go, and give YOU credit for the model when it's done! :3
