I n s t r you c t i o n s

Drag "loadingscreens.wtd" to your Grand Theft Auto IV directory
Usually it should be:

C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\textures
or
C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\textures
