Put GTA3sf#.b GTAVCsf#.b or GTASAsf#.b In My Documents\(GTA 3 GTA Vice City Or GTA San Andreas) User Files if it wants to replace a file you have to decide because it might overite a save game if you want to keep the file that its trying to overite look a faqs

If the save file wants to replace a file in (GTA3, GTA Vice City Or GTA San Andreas) User Files. Don't let it just change the 4 in GTA3sf#.b GTAVCsf#.b or GTASAsf#.b to a different number 1-8 (1= first saved file, 8=last save file the rest are in between) the number goes right before the .b ie GTA3sf 4.b change from one to eight. if problem occures again just change the number again to a different number. if all save files are taken you must replace one! IT SHOULD WORK WITH ALL GTA 3's GTA VC's And GTA SA's, It may not work if you have mods installed!
