Description 
This will add a small "naval base" at the drydock in SF. It is almost done. Just a little more editing.

Ok, i am 99.99999999999999999% done. little more editing. I figured i'd put it on and just update it when im done. It is WAY, WAY, WAY better than my other mod. I love it. Tell me what you think. plz! It should be done really soon. BYE!
