According to Kent Paul there is a Vice City Triad Gang which own a shipping company as a front in VicePort.

This mod replaces the Haitians with a Triad gang. They will carry a Katana and Colt45 and should drive Pony vans around Viceport & Little Haiti. They also have different walking animations (which is optional).



Included are:

A main.scm - Weapons & Vehicles for the gang
Default.ide - Walking animations for the gang
pedstats.ide - Makes the gang a bit stronger
ped.ide - Makes the gang appear in Viceport
American.gxt - Replaces Haitians with Triads in the in-game text
