this will replace 1 file.

go to http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=8320 to download the txd editor. then open txd editor, and click on "open img" and click "wtc2.img", then click on "wct.txd", then click on "gedenken", next, click import after extracting the picture, and import the file. make sure you make a backup of the original first. then click on "save txd", and that should do it.
