This will change the following files:

there are (3) three files to replace in: PC/TEXTURES/
they are: hud.wtd font.wtd loadingscreens.wtd

There is one file to replace in: COMMON/DATA/
that file is: hud.dat

Now the wanted stars are changed to a cop and
it is a bit larger!

The loading screens are full color New York
backgrounds and new Thugs in the foreground!
