Ok, if this helps anyone so they dont stuff up their game, nice mod, i hope this doesnt offend. Find GTA SA CAR SPAWNER, convert your vehicles.ide file to a notepad document and search for the three values... then you can get all vehicles...

i cant add the file on i download it but it appears in a different place where i cant drag it on the disk file.could someone please help me out hay, i smell cookies

Mmmhh... this mod just replaces some vehicles with the deleted ones. It could be better if you make a mod that SPAWNS these vehicles, because now we can't see the Enforcer, the Barracks and the AT-400 anymore

Yes, its corrupt I know how to open. left button on file, select open with select winzip or winrar w/e you use didnt test yet
