I have made mod Explosive Hydrant this hydrant have high Pillar of water owns Near 120-150 meters and Pillar of water is wide near 2-3 meters all show in video . Sorry for my English am from Poland

Add this file in C://Program Files/Rockstar Games/GTA IV/common/data/effects and replace oryginal file
