Go to your San Andreas map and put the files into the
same map as they are located in this winrar file. If
there is a map/file you don't have, you need to create
the map or put the file into the folder.
While playing the game you can find a marker on the
location at los santos. You can find the marker in
the file 'location.png'.
If you are in the marker the minigame starts. A little
cutscene will play which tells you what to do. You need
to kill everyone who try to get across you. You are
having a Desert Eagle and you are a little drunk. Your
opponent is running fast to make it more difficult. If
you killed your opponent, you will earn 1000 dollar. If
you didn't and the opponent passed, the minigame ends.
The difficulty is medium.

Oh and for all those dimwits who say "how do I install this!? OMGWTF this sucks! ", do some homework, there's a reason why you did not get a nice job. And that's because you have no ability to plan, research and/or think ahead of time.
