Description 
This modification (Always Sunny) makes there be no night, only day. It uses Los Santos sunshine rankings, so each city will resemble Los Santos originally sunny look as well as it's own unique look and feel on top of that. It also removes all weather changes, so no rain, clouds, smog, fog, ect.
