Installation: Using a .zip/.rar extractor such as 7-zip/winzip/winrar etc;
and extract the savegame file inside to
C:\documents and settings\(Computer Username)\local settings\application data\rockstar games\GTA IV\savegames\User_(Whatever number it says. NOT user_invalid!)
Note to self: I am using this incase of graphic card/driver fail, I am using this file as backup savegame.
