OK, sounds like a great mod. A bit complicated to implament, but I gave it a shot. 111 files that I need to replace. Now I am no expert with IMGtool, but I was unable to replace all the files at once. So I tried deleting a bunch and addind a bunch. Can add only one at a time. I tried adding, hoping it would override duplicate file, didnt happen. Is there an easier way to do this??? I do not wish to pick out 111 files out of player.img and add 111 files one at a time. Any assistance would be appreciated, or a modded player.img
The skin may be lighter, but the features are still there. This would probably make him a half-breed.
In reference to the skin tone: Compared to the other "white folk" in the game, the gamma was set too high. And don't tell me to change my gamma settings, because it was CJs face ALONE that created light reflections in the cut scenes.
why dont you make a installer like some guy on here that makes mods;hes called Rapier.once i download his mod from gtagarage i can just click on the automatic installation.download powereful mode mod 2 by Rapier and your see how easy the download is.you should make it like Rapiers so i can download your mods.

Nothing against blacks, but in any game, if given the option, I always try to create a character that resembles myself... and I'm white. In SA, it's also good for doing Jason Vorhees when you get the hockey mask... Jason's white, too.
I'd say it's more racist to insist that San Andreas MUST be played as a black guy. And if you've ever actually met a white guy who grew up in "the hood", it's totally believeable (and almost expected) that he would talk and dress "black" and hang out with black people. *sigh*

On a side note... now I gotta check and see if there are any "black" skins for the other GTA's.
