Class mod, works just like it should, no crashes, no bugs, nothing. Nice Job.
There are afew things that are a bit dodgy,
The turn indicator lights, on some modded cars the indicator lights aren't in a perfect rectangle and sometimes that back ones are higher than the front ones, etc. Would be easier to be able to place each one, individually
Some of the neons have colours that don't match the Halo's and flatlights... this doesn't really bother me, but maybe for furture reference there could be more of a variety? I don't know
And, Finally, when placing the minigun on vehicles, sometimes they're not shown at all, as they are inside the car itself, and when putting them on most aircraft they are really far apart and not even close to the aircraft itself ... Again, this doesn't bother me at all, as it's just fun, but still, for future refence perhaps give the option to position them yourself?

Hey. I fixed this mod via auto install. I still get black on the menu, even after I put Cleo_TXT > Gtx folder > fxt file + gtxHook
My Gta Sa runs on >Compability Windows 98 / ME > "Runs as administrator"
Gta_exe even Gami and Sparks needs to open as "Admin" to work together.
But I really cant figure it out how to make it work with Cleo and the text :/

This is one off the best mods ive ever seen in my life btw when im in a car all goes fine when i press 5 but when i click on ''Tuning'' my game shuts down it says gta_sa.exe stopped working how to fix this?

and guys i know now how to install this (note:with manual install only)just copy all the files that are inside the Cleo folder to your game's Cleo folder, then open gta3.img with any imgtool (i use alci's)replace all the files that are inside the neon_to_gta3img then rebuild.if you have some new effects then you don't want to replace them, don't copy effects.fxp and effectspc.txd. then there you go, you already have a cool mod!
