You did conversion of Dalva's SA custom scope i guess (by texture)? ... i remember when i made sth similar in the past MW's non-symmetrical sniper reticle mod ... however i forgot to put it on GTAG then
GTA SA yes, but in GTA 3/VC opcodes 038D/038E are resolution dependant. You can see it for yourself in mod by MW_29 in previous reply.
And that's why i provide resolutions sets, just like in my NV mod ... So you use this texture drawing system by custom function to reach resolution adjusting as in SA. However, you d need to adjust texture itself, i mean NOT in script as it already is stretching it to desired used resolution, but i mean a thing when you use standard aspect resolution on example 1024x768 and generally texture was made to look good and circular in this aspect, then when using on example 1920x1080 a definitelly WS resolution, even if texture will be properly stretched to it by script, then it still will look a bit squashed or stretched - not circular, ... and that's why i use those resolutions set, it's not just other values for drawing opcode in code for other resolutions, but also and most of all adjusted for some resolution texture, it is on exapme 1600x1200 and shape of reticle is in fact truly circular
