Nope, I did not alter the car groups in any way. If you are having trouble finding gang members to start a war with, go into your popcycle.dat in your data directory. Increase the numbers under the 'gang' column in the areas you can't find gang members to kill.
The peds walking in the streets or driving various type of cars had increased & also the gang members not just the Ballas & the Vagos.
The Ballas have 258 or more territories to take over, the Vagos 95 or 98 I forgot the exact number. But one thing is for sure this mod is great, to provoke a gang war & to take over territories in Las Venturas & San Fierro is the best!!!
To be able to spawn 5 GSF members around you, that are double wield with UZI especially they will not be IDLE when the enemy gang start shooting, is a good modification! & if u want to take a break itís inevitable since thereís so many territories to take over, you can have a cup of coffee
I have some suggestions, can you open up SF and LV and on your next version, have the lookback + Yes key spawn FAM1-FAM3 instead of just FAM1 members and have the homies have assorted weapons (dual Tec9, shotgun, deagle, double handgun and AK47) as well?
Are the territories open after "The Green Sabre" btw or no?
I also have a suggestion; Is it possible to modify the packer truck? it was supposed to be a transport vehicle just liked on one of Wuzzy mission, it would be nice if the packer can carry two vehicles at the same time that will not fall. Please add this mod on the DARKPACT version.
I already looked at the vehicles mod section, no one has yet create a mod to the packer.
it seems to ba a great mod, buth now that entire sa is a gang area, how does that inflicts the cars that drive around and the people on the street ??
will there just be some bangers added, or will the entire map now consist of og's driving lame ass cars ??

The territory the Families have at the beginning of the game should not be under Ballas or Vagos control.
I don't like the way you toggle/untoggle grove street gang members like that either.
Have you considered increasing the distance the vagos/ballas are from the player?
There should be _TWO_ spots by the alleyway next to CJ's house, one for the turf reset, and one for toggling the territory warfare, since that one just resets territory and doesn't seem to wanna turn off when I don't wanna do gang wars. :/
a great mod - i think you should advertise it more though cos everyone is still trying the 12hrs off the coast thing.
i got the drakpacter version and its fantastic - although the lookback + no thing doesn't work.
how do i start a gang war in el corona. so far i conquered all of LS basically east of richman rodeo and sm beach. but the really tall tower is purple, as is an L shaped part of the airport. i also can't start gang wars in VLA hood... no matter how many of them or ballas i kill. will this happen in rifa and triad hoods as well?
